Welcome to the
Kamloops Snowmobile Association (KSA) Website

Representing safe, responsible, Kamloops area Snowmobiling since 1973

The KSA would be nothing without its members and the members that volunteer.
Now with the incredible help of the BC Snowmobile Federation and the growing interaction with neighboring clubs the future has never been brighter for the Kamloops area snowmobile community.  The KSA looks forward to an exciting future.

LeBeau Logging:  their logging and hauling operations on the Jamieson and Beaverhut are complete.  They will be hauling from 65km on Sawmill Road down to Watching Creed and over to O'Connor till mid April.

Logging Update For Feb 2:

Jamieson Creek Forest Service Road (FSR) will be plowed to the Beaverhut FSR. The Beaverhut will be plowed up to 45 km. The Joe Ross FSR will also be plowed from 33 km (41 km on the Beaverhut) to where it meets the Sawmill FSR at 64 km. The plan is to plow the Sawmill FSR down to 52 km, fix the washout and continue the plowing of the Sawmill FSR to Watching Cr FSR. Logging trucks will be hauling up & down the Jamieson Cr FSR and at some point In the first couple weeks of March, the Watching Cr FSR and O'Connor Lake FSR to Westsyde Rd will be plowed for logging truck traffic. If you plan on traveling on any Forest Service Roads have a two way radio with the Resource Road (RR) channels. If you don't have a two way radio wait for a truck going up or down. Expect Logging Truck Traffic 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Remember it is ILLEGAL to ride a snowmobile on a FSR except to cross it. Expect the Unexpected, Stay Alert, Play it Safe and Enjoy the snow.

KSA has a long history holding the Snowarama Event every winter raising funds for the Non Profit Easter Seal Foundation/Winfield Summer Camp.  (  Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will not be possible this year.  Nevertheless, the Easter Seal Foundation have been hit hard and the need for financial support is greater than ever. Therefore, KSA will donate $500 and is launching a fundraising effort in the form of a Silent Auction to increase the donation in our Facebook Group Page.  Will also accept cash donation by e-transfer to  mention the Easter Seal Foundation on your comments.

The silent auction will run for 2 weeks, starting March 16 2001, closing March 30, 2021 at midnight.  To participate, go to the Snowarama Easter Seal post, scroll to the items , enter your “bid” in the comments section under the item/picture.  A very significant portion of the Easter Seal Foundation's fundraising comes from the Snowarama events held throughout the province of BC by a majority of the snowmobile clubs.  We count on your generosity to this worthy cause.

Rules:  Bid increments minimum $5 – Payment option:  e-Transfer or cash.  Items cannot be exchanged.  Nonrefundable payments.  Pickup will be arranged with winners.
